At Lotus Plant Power, we want you to be completely satisfied with your plant-based fuel. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the items in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure faster processing.

• 4.
  Get Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return at our facility, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
